Scotland have included six Super League players in their 20-man squad for the European Nations Cup clashes with Wales and Ireland next month. Danny Brough (Hull), Wayne McDonald and Iain Morrison (both Huddersfield), Duncan Macgillivray (Wakefield) and Mike Wainwright (Warrington) are joined by uncapped Bradford hooker Ian Henderson.
There are also eight players from the National League, including Henderson's brother Andrew and Hull KR winger Jon Steel, who won five Scotland rugby union caps before switching codes earlier this year.
Coach Steve McCormack has called up seven uncapped players in all and has included the requisite six amateur players, four of whom must be in the matchday 17 to comply with tournament regulations.
