Raiders reach Albury on day two of Community Carnival
After a huge two days the Canberra Raiders have reached the border city of Albury-Wodonga, following visits to Cootamundra and Junee Schools as part of the 2012 Community Carnival.
The Green Machine joined students in Cootamundra and Junee as the bell sounded for the start of school this morning, with eight schools in the two towns getting a visit from the Raiders top squad.
One Raider who knew the area well was local Cootamundra product Glen Buttriss, who said it was great to visit a couple of his old schools and give the next generation a chance to meet some NRL players.
