National Rugby League Chief Executives have today given their strong commitment to the NRL Illicit Substances policy and have confirmed that testing programs are underway at all clubs.

All clubs have confirmed that club testing committees are in place and that testing procedures are underway.

They have each been warned of audit procedures that will invoke serious penalties against any club that fails to meet the policy guidelines.
