World Cup-winning Pirtek Kiwis captain Nathan Cayless today confirmed he has ended his 38-test international rugby league career.

The 31-year-old said he felt the time was right to retire after leading the Pirtek Kiwis to their historic 34-20 World Cup final win over the Kangaroos at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on November 22 last year.
