The Wests Tigers have omitted Brenden Santi from their lineup with Manaia Cherrington filling his spot on the bench.

Melbourne lose Nelson Asofa-Solomona from tonight's lineup, with Felise Kaufusi coming in. This causes a reshuffle - Kaufusi and fellow interchange forward Dale Finucane will start in the forward pack with prop Tim Glasby and lock Ryan Hinchcliffe dropping back to the bench.
