Penrith have lost Josh Mansour with knee soreness resulting in a re-shuffled line-up. Contrary to reports of Sika Manu playing on the wing, Manu will start in the second row, with Isaah Yeo moving to centre and Waqa Blake shifting onto the wing.

South Sydney have made one change with Tim Grant missing out on playing against his former club; David Tyrell will start in the front row and Jason Clark comes on to the bench in jersey #18.
