Team List Tuesday - Analysis

Sam Bourke takes a look at each team's lineups for Round 9 - including their ins, outs and all the Supercoach studs and duds.

Brisbane Broncos v Penrith Panthers
Suncorp Stadium - Friday 7:35pm

1. Jordan Kahu 2. Corey Oates 3. Jack Reed 4. Justin Hodges 5. Lachlan Maranta 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 8. Josh McGuire 9. Andrew McCullough 10. Adam Blair 11. Alex Glenn 12. Matt Gillett 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 14. Jarrod Wallace 15. Francis Molo 16. Jo Ofanhengaue 17. Kodi Nikorima

Changes from Last Round: In - Kahu, Glenn Out - Copley, Thaiday

Analysis - The high flying Broncos head into the clash with Penrith at the top of the table. Jordan Kahu returns to the side after a long absence, however it has been reported that Darius Boyd has been cleared to return and could be a late inclusion. Sam Thaiday has been suspended for a crusher tackle in the Test Match on Sunday and is replaced in the starting line up by Kiwi international Alex Glenn.

Supercoach Studs - Jordan Kahu (DNP) has finally returned and is due for a decent price rise, however it remains to be seen if he will play as discussed. Anthony Milford (93) was a keeper last season at fullback and has shown form in the last few weeks, with a low break even this week he could be a good point of difference.

Supercoach Duds - Speaking of guns from 2014, Ben Hunt (38) has nearly leaked $100k so far this year and projected to lose another $50k this week and must be sold. Lachlan Maranta (15) has had a great run and can be cashed in this week.

1. Matt Moylan 2. George Jennings 3. Waqa Blake 4. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 5. David Simmons 6. William Smith 7. Isaac John 8. Nigel Plum 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. Sam McKendry 11. Lewis Brown 12. Isaah Yeo 13. Sika Manu
Interchange: 14. Tyrone Peachey 15. Jeremy Latimore 16. Regan Campbell-Gillard 17. Bryce Cartwright

Changes from Last Round: In - Nil Out - Nil

Analysis - Expect late changes with James Segeyaro, Jamie Soward and perhaps even Peter Wallace expected to be close to returning this week. Penrith have performed admirably without some of their star players in recent weeks but now realise they need to start stringing some wins together if they are to finish in the Top 4…or even Top 8 this season.

Supercoach Studs - Matt Moylan (105) was a class above against the Sharks but is in doubt with a hand injury. Dallin Watene-Zelezniak (121) was also sensational and scored large.

Supercoach Duds - Young guns Waqa Blake (23) and George Jennings (30) had ordinary games but are still making money.

Sydney Roosters v Wests Tigers

Allianz Stadium - Friday 7:35pm

1. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Michael Jennings 4. Shaun Kenny-Dowall 5. Nene Macdonald 6. James Maloney 7. Mitchell Pearce 8. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves 9. Jake Friend 10. Sam Moa 11. Boyd Cordner 12. Aidan Guerra 13. Isaac Liu
Interchange: 14. Mitchell Aubusson 15. Siosiua Taukeiaho 16. Kane Evans 17. Dylan Napa

Changes from Last Round: In - Guerra, Aubusson Out - Setu, Manu

Analysis - The Roosters have now lost 4 in a row and head into this match desperate for the 2 points. All eyes will be on Blues hopefuls Mitchell Pearce and James Maloney who will be looking to push for selection. Aidan Guerra and Mitch Aubusson are huge inclusions for the Roosters and will give them a boost.

Supercoach Studs - Jake Friend (67) has started to find his feet since his extended layoff. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (67) is a keeper and will be an ideal upgrade in the next few weeks.

Supercoach Duds - Aiden Guerra (DNP) returns from injury this week but is a certainty for Origin and therefore misses a few games, best to wait for the run home before picking him up in the Centres.

1. James Tedesco 2. Kevin Naiqama 3. Delouise Hoeter 4. Chris Lawrence 5. Pat Richards 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Luke Brooks 8. Aaron Woods 9. Robbie Farah 10. Keith Galloway 11. Curtis Sironen 12. Kyle Lovett 13. Martin Taupau
Interchange: 14. Dene Halatau 15. Ava Seumanufagai 16. Matthew Lodge 17. Sauaso Sue 18. Jack Buchanan

Changes from Last Round: In - Galloway Out - Simona

Analysis - Wests Tigers welcome back cult hero Keith Galloway to the starting side in a welcome boost for the young Tigers. Tim Simona has been ruled out in a cruel blow to their free flowing attack. The Tigers currently sit in 5th place and head into this match full of confidence after thrashing Canterbury in their last match.

Supercoach Studs - Delouise Hoeter (39) is a must have this week as he starts at bottom dollar, is due for a decent rise, has a superb bye schedule and has decent job security with Tim Simona (30) out for at least a month. Luke Brooks (85) has been a solid cash cow and is again due to rise this week with another solid performance.

Supercoach Duds - Kyle Lovett (32) has peaked but due to the Tigers great bye schedule and that he is still starting makes him a hold for the bye period.

Canberra Raiders v Gold Coast Titans

GIO Stadium - Saturday 3:00pm

1. Jack Wighton 2. Edrick Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Sisa Waqa 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Sam Williams 8. Paul Vaughan 9. Josh Hodgson 10. Frank Paul Nuuausala 11. Josh Papalii 12. Iosia Soliola 13. Shaun Fensom
Interchange: 14. Kurt Baptiste 15. Jarrad Kennedy 16. Mark Nicholls 17. Shannon Boyd

Changes from Last Round: In - Nil Out - Nil

Analysis - Canberra are unchanged from their huge win over the Rabbitohs in Cairns. They will be further buoyed by the outstanding form of Blake Austin, who scored a hat trick for City, as well as the strong performances of Jack Wighton, Jarrod Croker and Paul Vaughn for Country. They go in as favourites at home and will want to continue their hot form as they aim for 3 in a row.

Supercoach Studs - Josh Papalii (82) had his best game of the season against the Rabbitohs, but is likely to play Origin. Jack Wighton (52) could be a great buy over the Origin period but is a smokey for the backline for NSW should there be anymore injuries.

Supercoach Duds - Shaun Fensom (42) has yet to get back to 80 minutes and will be at a juicy price next week. Before jumping onboard it would be a safer option to wait to see if he will be returning to his usual role or whether he will continue to be rotated through the forwards.

1. Josh Hoffman 2. Anthony Don 3. James Roberts 4. William Zillman 5. David Mead 6. Aidan Sezer 7. Kane Elgey 8. Luke Douglas 9. Kierran Moseley 10. Nate Myles 11. Ryan James 12. Dave Taylor 13. Lachlan Burr
Interchange: 14. Matt White 15. Eddy Pettybourne 16. Mark Ioane 17. Daniel Mortimer 18. Davin Crampton

Changes from Last Round: In - Taylor, Mortimer, Ioane , Crampton (extended bench) Out - Falloon, Bird, Robinson

Analysis - The Titans welcome back a host of players including Dave Taylor and Daniel Mortimer. The big loss is their marquee player in Greg Bird who has been suspended for a lifting tackle against New Zealand on Sunday.

Supercoach Studs - Ryan James (119) was unstoppable against the Warriors and is due for yet another price rise this week. Kane Elgey (127) is due for a huge price rise and will be a popular upgrade for those looking to move on either Tui Lolohea or even early season favourite Mitch Cornish.

Supercoach Duds - Lachlan Burr (15) scored low in New Zealand but starts in Greg Bird's position and should start to make more cash in this week.

Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks v Warriors

Remondis Stadium - Saturday 5:30pm

1. Ben Barba 2. Valentine Holmes 3. Gerard Beale 4. Ricky Leutele 5. Michael Gordon 6. Jack Bird 7. Jeff Robson 8. Andrew Fifita 9. Michael Ennis 10. Matt Prior 11. Jayson Bukuya 12. Wade Graham 13. Luke Lewis
Interchange: 14. Tinirau Arona 15. Anthony Tupou 16. Sami Sauiluma 17. Sam Tagataese 19. Pat Politoni

Changes from Last Round: In - Fifita, Sauiluma, Politoni (extended bench) Out - Heighington, Feki

Analysis - Cronulla have made a few changes, most notably Ben Barba sees himself in the #1 for the first time in 2015, with Valentine Holmes replacing the injured Feki on the wing. Andrew Fifita returns to the run on side and will look to take on a lot of responsibility without Paul Gallen in the side and is a solid captain choice this week.

Supercoach Studs - Wade Graham (72) was a stand out against the Panthers with a superb first half performance. Valentine Holmes (80) was again strong at the back, however they pay Ben Barba too much money to sit on the bench.

Supercoach Duds - Ben Barba (26) gets his chance in his preferred position of Fullback and should improve. Michael Gordon's (26) keeper days seem a distant memory.

1. Tuimoala Lolohea 2. Jonathan Wright 3. Konrad Hurrell 4. Solomone Kata 5. Manu Vatuvei 6. Chad Townsend 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 9. Thomas Leuluai 10. Ben Matulino 11. Bodene Thompson 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. Simon Mannering
Interchange: 14. Nathan Friend 15. Dominique Peyroux 16. Sam Lisone 17. Sam Rapira 18. Albert Vete

Changes from Last Round: In - Hurrell, Peyroux, Vete (extended bench) Out - Fusitu'a, Faitala-Mariner

Analysis - The Warriors were awful at home against the Titans last start. Konrad Hurrell has been recalled to replace the injured David Fusitu'a. Confidence in the squad should be high considering some of the individual performances for the Kiwi's on Sunday.

Supercoach Studs - Ben Matulino (109) is a great pick up this week especially for those looking to replace either Greg Bird or Jason Taumalolo. Bodene Thompson (89) is also an option and is also available at centre.

Supercoach Duds - Tui Lolohea (33) is a sell this week, but starting at Fullback with Sam Tomkins yet to return, there may be more pressing trades.

North Queensland Cowboys v Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs

1300SMILES Stadium - Saturday 7:30pm

1. Lachlan Coote 2. Matthew Wright 3. Justin O'Neill 4. Kane Linnett 5. Antonio Winterstein 6. Michael Morgan 7. Johnathan Thurston 8. Matthew Scott 9. Jake Granville 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. John Asiata
Interchange: 14. Ray Thompson 15. Rory Kostjasyn 16. Ben Hannant 17. Kelepi Tanginoa 18. Patrick Kaufusi

Changes from Last Round: In - Wright, Tanginoa, Kostjasyn Out - O'Neil, Taumalolo, Bolton

Analysis - North Queensland are now equal competition favourites and have been the form side of the past month (along with St George). They go into this clash against Canterbury without dynamic lock, Jason Taumalolo in a bitter blow and have also lost the in form Scott Bolton who was injured in a fishing incident on his weekend off.

Supercoach Studs - Jonathan Thurston (89) continues to be a Supercoach Stud this season and is a hold over the rep season. Lachlan Coote (63) continues to be a cracking buy and is due for another price hike. Kelepi Tanginoa (DNP) plays his 3rd match and looms as decent buy this week as he should see more minutes over the Origin period.

Supercoach Duds - Jake Granville (1) went from Stud to Dud in a matter of minutes going off concussed. Jason Taumalolo (4) followed him and is out for 4-8 weeks.

1. Sam Perrett 2. Curtis Rona 3. Josh Morris 4. Chase Stanley 5. Corey Thompson 6. Moses Mbye 7. Trent Hodkinson 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. David Klemmer 11. Josh Jackson 12. Tony Williams 13. Greg Eastwood
Interchange: 14. Sam Kasiano 15. Tim Browne 16. Frank Pritchard 17. Lloyd Perrett 20. Antonio Kaufusi

Changes from Last Round: In - Morris, Klemmer Out - Reynolds

Analysis - Josh Morris and David Klemmer return to the squad this weekend and certainly give the Bulldogs a bit more firepower. Josh Reynolds' suspension sees Moses Mbye move from Centre to Five Eight where he has been terrific so far in 2015. A huge opportunity for Trent Hodkinson who comes up against Queensland rival Jonathan Thurston, in a chance to press his claims for the Blues #7 jumper.

Supercoach Studs - Frank Pritchard (76) has been in sensational form and continued to play well for Samoa on the weekend. He could be a good point of difference with great buy coverage and Josh Jackson firming to getting a spot for the Blues. Lloyd Perrett (29) made a tidy profit last week and retains his spot in the 17.

Supercoach Duds - Tony Williams (26) must be under pressure to start from Frank Pritchard and again went missing against the Tigers. Trent Hodkinson (32) has slipped to a very low $200k…Being the goalkicker and with a few Bulldogs due back in the next few weeks and provided he is not selected for the Blues he could be a sneaky buy.

Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles v Newcastle Knights

Brookvale Oval - Sunday 2:00pm

1. Brett Stewart 2. Jorge Taufua 3. Jamie Lyon 4. Peta Hiku 5. David Williams 6. Kieran Foran 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Jake Trbojevic 9. Matt Ballin 10. Luke Burgess 11. Tom Symonds 12. Justin Horo 13. Dunamis Lui
Interchange: 14. Jayden Hodges 15. Willie Mason 16. Blake Leary 17. Ligi Sao

Changes from Last Round: In - Lyon, Leary Out - Matai, Buhrer

Analysis - Manly racked up t heir second win over the Melbourne Storm in 2015 and will look to make it back to back wins against Newcastle. Skipper Jamie Lyon returns in place of the suspended Steve Matai, with Blake Leary replacing Jamie Buhrer who is out for the season.

Supercoach Studs - Daly Cherry-Evans (97) is a keeper however best to wait until after Origin, he may drop a few points with Jamie Lyon most likely returning to kicking duties.

Supercoach Duds - Jorge Taufua (27) returned to the side for the first time this year, he has previously been a gun but may not see as many tries as in previous years.

1. Kurt Gidley 2. James McManus 3. Dane Gagai 4. Joseph Leilua 5. Akuila Uate 6. Jarrod Mullen 7. Tyrone Roberts 8. Kade Snowden 9. Adam Clydsdale 10. Korbin Sims 11. Beau Scott 12. Tariq Sims 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 14. Tyler Randell 15. Chris Houston 16. David Fa'alogo 17. Jack Stockwell 18. Sione Mata'utia

Changes from Last Round: In - Scott Out - Houston

Analysis - Newcastle has now slumped to 4 losses in a row and will be desperate to get their season on track at Brookvale Oval. Beau Scott is a big inclusion for the Knights as he looks to reinforce his Origin prospects.

Supercoach Studs - Tariq Sims (64) and brother Korbin Sims (57) have found form and are forming a great combination at the club. Akuila Uate (64) again scored well and is getting back to his best.

Supercoach Duds - Dane Gagai (21) has a quiet game and will be out to re-discover his early season form in order to make a run at the Queensland side.

Parramatta Eels v Melbourne Storm

Pirtek Stadium - Sunday 4:00pm

1. Reece Robinson 2. Semi Radradra 3. William Hopoate 4. Brad Takairangi 5. Ryan Morgan 6. Corey Norman 7. Chris Sandow 8. Danny Wicks 9. Nathan Peats 10. Tim Mannah 11. Manu Ma'u 12. David Gower 13. Anthony Watmough
Interchange: 14. Isaac De Gois 15. Joseph Paulo 16. Richie Fa'aoso 17. Peni Terepo 18. Tepai Moeroa

Changes from Last Round: In - Radradra, Morgan, DeGois , Moeroa (extended bench) Out - Faraimo, Folau, Pauli

Analysis - A new look wing combination for the Eels with Semi Radradra and Ryan Morgan returning to the side. New signing Anthony Watmough will be up for a big game after being put under pressure to keep his spot in the Blues pack.

Supercoach Studs - Semi Radradra (DNP) is due for a price rise and is always a good chance of finding the line. Chris Sandow (81) scored well but is a risk as he lacks consistency despite the great bye coverage.

Supercoach Duds - John Folau (20) heads back to play for Wentworthville this weekend but may still be a hold at this stage, with owners hoping he returns during the bye period.

1. Billy Slater 2. Mahe Fonua 3. Will Chambers 4. Kurt Mann 5. Marika Koroibete 6. Blake Green 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 10. Jordan McLean 11. Kevin Proctor 12. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Ryan Hinchcliffe 15. Tim Glasby 16. Dayne Weston 17. Tom Learoyd-Lahrs 18. Cameron Munster

Changes from Last Round: In - Slater, Weston, Learoyd-Lars Out - Kaufusi, Asofa-Solomona

Analysis - Melbourne get Billy Slater back in a huge boost to the side, replacing gun rookie Cameron Munster. Melbourne are currently sitting in 3rd spot and will see this game as crucial to their season as they head into the rep season without the Big 3.

Supercoach Studs - Marika Koroibete (83) has been a dominant force and looms a great point of difference. Tohu Harris (59) continues to be a consistent performer and is a great buy.

Supercoach Duds - Cameron Smith (45) was quiet by his standards but is a hold over the rep season, provided he isn't rested by Coach Bellamy.

South Sydney Rabbitohs v St. George Illawarra Dragons

ANZ Stadium - Monday 7:00pm

1. Greg Inglis 2. Alex Johnston 3. Dylan Walker 4. Bryson Goodwin 5. Joel Reddy 6. John Sutton 7. Luke Keary 8. George Burgess 9. Issac Luke 10. David Tyrrell 11. Chris Grevsmuhl 12. Chris McQueen 13. Thomas Burgess
Interchange: 14. Cameron McInnes 15. Ben Lowe 16. Nathan Brown 17. Tim Grant 18. Aaron Gray

Changes from Last Round: In - Sutton, Lowe, Brown Out - Gray, Stewart, Clark

Analysis - The Rabbitohs were shocked by Canberra in their previous game in Cairns and have now lost 3 in a row. They have lost one of their best players in Glenn Stewart but get back John Sutton. Adam Reynolds may be a late inclusion and it is certainly worth noting they have not won a game since his injury on Good Friday.

Supercoach Studs - Tom Burgess (59) is a great option for those who are looking for a decent cash cow during the bye period. Isaac Luke (62) played 80 minutes but his goal kicking days may be over should Adam Reynolds return.

Supercoach Duds - Glenn Stewart (30) has been a great buy and its time to cash him in.

1. Peter Mata'utia 2. Eto Nabuli 3. Euan Aitken 4. Dylan Farrell 5. Jason Nightingale 6. Gareth Widdop 7. Benji Marshall 8. Leeson Ah Mau 9. Mitch Rein 10. Mike Cooper 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Joel Thompson 13. Trent Merrin
Interchange: 14. Jake Marketo 15. Ben Creagh 16. Jack de Belin 17. Heath L'Estrange 20. George Rose 24. Will Matthews

Changes from Last Round: In - Frizzell, Nabuli Out - Dugan, Matthews

Analysis - The Dragons are sitting in second place and will want to prove why against their old rivals the Bunnies. Josh Dugan is out in a big blow and is replaced by the in form Peter Mata'utia. Blues bolter Tyson Frizzell also returns at the expense of Will Matthews, who moves to the extended bench.

Supercoach Studs - Mike Cooper (63) continues to make hay and has been a solid buy. Mitch Rein (74) has also been strong.

Supercoach Duds - Eto Nabuli (DNP) returns to the wing and along with Euan Aitken can be sold either this week or in the next few weeks as St George have poor bye coverage.
