WA \'s journey to the NRL begins

AT the ARL Board Meeting (Tuesday 12th Dec) following months of negotiation with the WARL, a motion was passed to allow a WA team to participate in either the Jim Beam Cup or the QLD Wizard Cup in 2008 ongoing.
